Returns & Exchanges

We offer full refunds or exchanges for damaged items upon proof of damage. Please note that due to the nature of digital downloads, these items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once the file has been accessed. For returns of non-damaged physical items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund.
